GENERAL
If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you will be considered to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.
- Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the product they have purchased.
- Shipping costs, which are the shipment cost of the product, will be paid by the buyers.
- Each product purchased will be delivered to the person and/or organization specified by the buyer at the address indicated, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract.
- The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with any warranty certificate, user manual, or other relevant documents, if any.
- In case it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation within 3 days from the date they become aware of it, either by e-mail, SMS, or (telephone communication). Within 14 days, the total price must be refunded to the Buyer.
If the Buyer does not pay the price of the product they have purchased or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS FOR PURCHASES
After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used for payment has been wrongfully used by unauthorized persons, and the selling price of the product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days at the expense of the Seller. Any damages arising from unauthorized use will be compensated by Yasam Boyu Diyet (Aren İlaç ve Tıbbi Besinler Üretim İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş.) if deemed necessary.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES PREVENTING DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
If unforeseen circumstances that the Seller cannot foresee occur, and the product cannot be delivered within the specified period, the situation will be communicated to the Buyer. The Buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order and has paid in cash, the price will be refunded to them in cash within 14 days from the date of cancellation. If the Buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the Buyer’s account. (In cases of force majeure such as snowfall, water, flood, etc., the shipments may be delayed, but this does not mean that our company has failed to fulfill its duty. In such ordinary cases, we prefer the customer to use discretion and wait.)
OBLIGATION OF THE BUYER TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT
Before accepting the product/service subject to the contract, the Buyer will inspect it; they will not accept damaged or defective products/services, such as dented, broken, torn packaging, from the cargo company. The delivered product/service will be deemed undamaged and sound. The BUYER must take care to protect the product/service after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product/service must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the product they have purchased to themselves or to the person/organization at the address they have specified to the SELLER, provided that they notify the SELLER via the contact information below, without assuming any legal or penal responsibility and without stating any reasons, by sending it back.

DURATION OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the product purchased is a service, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. In service contracts where the service has started with the approval of the consumer before the end of the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
The expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER.
To use the right of withdrawal, it is obligatory to notify the SELLER by registered mail, fax, or e-mail within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery and to return the product unused within the framework of the provisions of this contract regarding “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used.” Otherwise, it will be deemed invalid.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the product is delivered to a third party or the BUYER, the invoice of the product to be returned, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution. In case of return orders issued on behalf of corporations without an INVOICE, they cannot be completed.)
Return form, The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, along with its box, packaging, and, if any, standard accessories.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that put the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within a maximum of 10 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notification, and to take back the goods within 20 days.
If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a fault of the BUYER or if it becomes impossible to return the goods, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER in proportion to the fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the product or service within the right of withdrawal period.
If the campaign limit amount arranged by the SELLER is reduced due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount enjoyed within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.
