bovita mobile applications are operated by the company Mobilina OU (hereinafter referred to only as “bovita”). We take seriously the issues of data security and privacy of all our users of the application (hereinafter referred to only as “users”). We adhere to the principles set out below to protect the privacy and security of information provided by our users and these principles are described in this privacy policy.

By using bovita applications, you declare that you have read and accepted this privacy agreement. This also means that users must comply with our privacy policy and you agree that they will be held civilly and criminally liable in case of any privacy violation.

Users’ Privacy

Data about users is shared with both users and their experts identified by bovita.

Personal information of each client registered to the application is not shared with other specialists or clients. Clients accept that this information, from the questions they ask, the comments they write and other content, may be shared on bovita or other social media platforms.

Purposes of Use of Data

bovita may use this information to identify and fix possible systemic problems using information such as users’ IP addresses. This information is used to generally identify users and create demographic data. However, traffic information retention obligations specified in Law No. 5651 and relevant regulations are reserved.

Data such as users’ portfolio status and demographic information may be shared by bovita with its affiliates or solution partners, limited only to marketing activities such as promotions, advertisements, campaigns, promotions and announcements.

The data provided by the user through surveys offered in the mobile application can be used for statistical purposes.

Technical Communication Files (Cookies)

Information about users’ mobile application usage can be obtained through cookies. These technical communication files are used to obtain statistical information such as the number of site visitors, purpose of visit, and duration of visit. However, users’ personal data is not collected through cookies without their consent.

Those Who Have Access to Data

Individual and corporate data provided by users are not disclosed to third parties except in mandatory cases. However, mandatory situations may include situations where data may be shared when necessary for purposes such as ensuring user privacy and security, fixing errors, improving services, verifying user information, and conducting research and evaluation.

Status of Special Personal Data

Special categories of personal data are not processed without the user’s explicit consent and can only be used in cases necessary for legal requirements or fulfillment of the membership agreement.

Accuracy of Data

Users are obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. When changes occur, this information needs to be updated.

System Security

bovita takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of personal data. However, due to the inherent nature of internet use, there is a risk that information can be captured and used by unauthorized persons. In this regard, it is important for users to use their own virus protection systems.
